2. Keep your schedule clear. You will need to move fast — home inspections should be completed and resolved within two weeks and the loan application needs to be immediately completed.
3. Use your words. Buying or selling a home is an emotional process. A simple letter from the buyer explaining why this is the house for them and the connection they have to the home.
