Working with Sue was a positive experience. she was easy to get a long with & has a very positive can do attitude. In my case we had a property to sell which was an estate transaction. We were not able to fix it up for a top dollar sell & Sue understood this & helped us with our goal. We also had complications with our property due to a inspection report, we had many issues that needed to be addressed in a relatively short time period. Sue was instrumental in helping me work thru each issue which I would not have been able to do on my own. She found contractors for us & even fronted the money out of her own pocket since timing & distance were problematic for us in order to keep with the tight time line. She worked really hard on this project more so than many people would have done. There were so many small details that she took care of on her own with out being asked & also kept me in formed of what we did , were we were at currently & what needed to be done. She is a really honest forthcoming hard working person & also very personable that made everything comfortable even in very unpleasant situations that needed to be addressed. I could not recommend Sue more highly to sell or buy real-estate.
How was my experience with Susan Campbell you ask? Honestly, there isn't enough time nor space to describe what it was like having her as my realtor. I won't bore you all with my long journey, however, I do know that I could not have completed the ride of selling my condo and finding another one without her. Selling my family's home was a daunting task. Within a year I'd lost my elderly mother, my step-father and, unexpectedly, my brother (all of whom lived there). The house was vacant, in need of a significant face lift and with no other family members in the area to help me out. Do I sell it as-is or do I invest the time? And then there was Susan. She was an angel, a gift from a higher power. She held my hand and guided me the entire way. Answering questions, calling contractors for quotes, opening the house when I wasn't available, answering more questions. She took the garbage cans to the end of the driveway, staged the house with her own furnishings, talked me off numerous ledges and never seemed to get frustrated with the number of emails and texts I bombarded her with. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring. I will be forever indebted to this lady.
Susan was fantastic. We thought this was going to be a very straight-forward sale. The sale was much more complicated then we anticipated and Susan was on top of it all - forms, emails to the sellers, etc. She was very responsive if we had a question or concern. Susan is the best. I could call or text her with questions when ever I had them. If she didn't have the answer, she would ask someone and get right back to me. Sometimes I would call her at the last moment wanting to see something and she would go out of her way to make it happen. Always cheerful and ready to help.
