Shorewest, REALTORS® now offers 3D Floor Plans.
A 3D floor plan is a complete three-dimensional replica of a home, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves in the home as if they were physically there. A realistic way to view a property online, the viewer can “walk” through a home without ever leaving their computer/tablet/phone screens.
Dramatically increasing the home’s marketability, 3D floor plans will increase web showings and wow buyers with this new, innovative tool.

To create a 3D floor plan, a professional uses a special 3D camera to scan and capture the space. Then the footage is uploaded in two dimension and is then configured into three dimension. The finish product is a three dimensional model that allows user interaction.
The 3D floor plans will be featured on Shorewest.com, e-marketing and social media, but most importantly, they will be shareable to endless opportunities.
